Torque Problem

Posted by: Trevor (m056780@usna.edu) on Tue Jan 21 19:07:29 2003

In my attempt to apply the ideas of hand torque and rotational motion I am having a difficult time with two things. 1. I am feeling a great deal of resistance with my wrists. It feels awkward to push with my top hand, and pull with my bottom hand when my hands are still near my armpit. 2. I am also having a difficult time keeping my hands inside the ball, while still rotating my hips (particularly on the outside pitch). Thanks.
