I ordered a Setpro bat speed computer and training progam on Jan. 19 to use in conjunction with The Final Arc program. Talked with Paul Nyman for quite some time on the phone and he was very helpful. Offered me some great tips for working with my sons. My credit card was billed in the second week of February, but I have still not received anything. I cannot get any response to phone calls or e-mails. I know from reading posts here that others have had similar problems/delays in getting orders. Any advice?
