In Jack's instructional DVD he states that the circular hand path contributes to 40-50% of batspeed. Are THT and BHT the only other components to batspeed, and if so what percentage contribution to batspeed would be attributed to each?

I'd say the torquing contributes, along with hip and shoulder rotation. I'm not a scientist, but I think the hips and shoulders contribute the most.
