Hi Rich

It may sound like a silly question. Maybe you read Coach C’s statement above: “Jack the front shoulder is driven by the hands” differently than I do.. But, when you couple that statement with his belief that the batter should, “Keep the lower body quiet and be quick with the hands”, it is conceivable he may actually believe the hands do drive the shoulders. His other posts show that he certainly does not believe that shoulder rotation accelerates the hands (as you pointed out above).
