Kerry Rosenboom's Workouts

Anybody seen or tried one of his workouts? He offers a year-round personalized workout plan (13 total, 4 weeks each, $40 per workout)and video instruction on how to perfom each exercise on his website (weighttrainingforbaseball.com). It seems nice, and he has a good amount of testimonials from mostly pro baseball players, but I dont think it's worth $520 for a year's worth of workouts. Any thoughts....?
