launch position

I'm also a little confused on where the official launch position is. Is the back elbow starting to lower, or is it already down at the side? I take it the bathead is in the correct swing plane. And hips are already opened a bit. What about the shoulders, are they still closed and shrugged, or starting to open? And has the heel touched, or still at toe touch?
I know I need to start with a good CHP first, but I don't see how I can do it without getting into a good launch position first.
