I agree with the 4 frames from launch (uncoiling driving bathead) to contact for the great quick swings.I would also agree that the elbow is firm/stable/locked(without being extended/conected/barred/whatever "cue" you would use to denote the firm/fixed/connected lead arm from before these 4 frames until just a frame or so before contact.
