Help with bat size

Hey,
I am 13 years old, 5'7", and 140 pounds. Right now I have a bat that is 32" 29 oz. On my school team we are required to have a -3 bat. It is a little harder swinging it around than my 24 oz. bat but I am still growing and getting stronger. Is this a good bat size or should I go a little smaller?
