Hi Dave,
I wouldn't apply the Knocker knuckles grip. The best grip is door knocking knuckles lined up with the knuckles and the bat out of the palms . The "knocker" knuckles grip put's the wrist in a less productive and restrictive position. I also feel that it has a tendency to pull the elbows to close to the body. This can effect the flow of a rotational swing.
