why do you waste your time on this subject?...time & again we have all punched holes in his argument and he doesn't respond to our counterarguments...i have pointed out the folly of crowding the plate increases the odds of getting a purpose pitch in the ears...but the distinguised Black Hole Lexciographer has this PFO thing in his head & no one is going to change his mind...however, to the extent we try & counter his arguments he will think we are taking him seriously & he will only be further encouraged...

and to Geoff...how far away are you from the PhD?
