Swinging way ahead of changeup!

15 year old babe ruth league. We have fast bat speed and even with the best pitchers we still hit toward left field!
On change-ups we are swinging before the ball even gets to the plate, it's almost embarrassing for such a top player.

We know about inside out swing, hands first, BUT HOW AND WHAT ELSE CAN WE PRACTICE TO BE PATIENT ENOUGH TO HIT THE CHANGE-UP? and maybe a couple to right field?

Please help?
