Hi Coach Dad

I realize how difficult it must be to understand PLT mechanics from the written word. I would add that it is even more perplexing trying to describe complex mechanical movements with words as it is trying to visualize them. I will place below video clips of batters applying PLT from different points of view. Sometimes a video is worth more than a thousand words.
