I truly believe all hitters should squash the bug. I teach all my hitters to rotate-rotate-rotate.I teach hitters to create as much batspeed with thier shoulders period!!!! Also if I can have our hitters show thier barrel to the catcher I know his is going to be an all-conference guy for me.You can also achieve this by just "POPING THE HIPS" while. This linear stuff is brutal. I should start my own site where we can focus on rotational hitting. Lastly, I want to refer you guys to my mentor of hitting back in Cleveland Chris Check. This guy is hands down the best hitting instructor in the midwest.
