Joe, Tony shows some good things here, however Ted Williams said it best "I just hit the ball and never worried about follow through". I would be very careful teaching a high follow through. What matters is contact. Tony shows good shoulder positions for hitting to all fields. The one thing that stands out in the video for me is the lack of drive from the rear leg to the front heel to pull the lead shoulder back.
