I know fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms are the most important thing to hitting. what are good things to get ur fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms to help u get stronger and quicker hands?

That's like saying that the lugnuts on a wheel have something to do with how fast the car is going.
As for you hitting linear... Thats great. I hope you are a very fast runner like Ichiro up in Seattle. He is a great slap hitter and is really quick.
I know there are players who can have success hitting either linear or rotationally. My son was a great linear hitter up until last year when I found this site. Now he is Small, Quick, and Hits for average just like before, only now he hits for power too. More power than kids on his same team who outweigh him by 50 pounds and are a good 6-7 inches taller.
By the way, I find it interesting that you are looking for advice on improve parts of a linear swing on a site that promotes rotational hitting. Don't get me wrong stay and read the post on this site. You can learn alot. I just find it curious.
