How do I transfer my weight to my front leg? Because when I swing I look at what I look like when I finish and my weight is always on my back foot and I don't have a lot of power. What can I do?

You must stride to balance, with some bend in your front leg, so that it can push and drive the back hip foward. Your front leg should firm up at contact.
