hi jack,my problem i have seen at times is with my lower half getting to far ahead of the hands..i feel like my hips are flying open. any drills on correcting this problem...this could now be the reason i have become a pull hitter...ifinished the season with a .443 avg.i feel i can do alot better..

if my hands were slow would i still be pulling the ball 95% of the time.lets say my hips are turning uncontrolled,how would i fix this!!
