Re: *****Barry Bonds*****

barry bonds is easily the one of the greatest hitters, but what does he do in the offseason that helps to make him so great. i know he lifts weights but how does he get so perfect....like he never swings at a bad pitch....or when he hits the ball how does he always hit it square. In the begginning of his career he was so much more agressive but not as lethal as he is now. What type of stuff (like drills or anything)does he do to prepare him to be so great?

He has incredible talent and experience. He now has well over 8000 AB's in the big leagues and in the last 5000 AB's he has become much more patient, and that along with his talent and workout habits has helped him to get better when most guys are ready to retire. No magic, just talent, hard work, patience and intelligence.
