Hitter-

Things start to get complex and beyond my basic science ability pretty fast.

My speculation is that the unloading powered by momentum transfer via the pendulum (2 segment whip) effect is going to take place in a 2 Dimensional swing plane or disc and any extension of the handpath away from the center of rotation/axis will result in disconection.

Any more sciency types want to take a swing at this ?
