Hi Jack

I get information from several sources. And if i can use something to
help my students and my two grandsons become better hitters i do it.
I refer them to your web site and i tell them to imulate the little man in the box on the right side of the screen under the swing mechanics category. It gives them a visual start to finish swing
referance. As far as the fence drill is concerned i use a drill that
promotes a short swing without a fence.I stand about 10 to 15 feet
sideways facing the hitter.I then toss the ball at the hitters front knee, briskly. He uses rotation to contact emphasizing slotting elbow
front arm on chest knob pointing outward towards me back knee turning
inward palm up palm down at contact finishing outside the front shoulder with their hands, head facing outfront. Then make the hitter hold their pose for a three counnt so i can check balance and where
all body parts are. Thanks for the little man in the box on your web.
The kids all like it.Both of my grandsons are rotational hitters.
And they are both hitting in the top 4 in the lineup. One in high school the other in travel ball.

My philosophy 4 L'S LOOK LISTEN LEARN LOVE YOUR FELLOW MAN
HAVE A GREAT DAY COACHES BOB
