So from the Gwynn analysis, frame four, which he describes as the "Holy Grail" of the swing, it is the BOTTOM HAND PULLING ACROSS THE BODY which gives the pop in Bond's swing. If you don't see it in Bond's swing, at least Tony Gwynn does. By the way, the bottom hand is the right hand on a left handed hitter. Gwynn say's the TOP HAND is going along for the ride in frame five as you misquoted him in your previous post, so you can be less stunned, dude.
