Hi Mark

You seem to associate rotational mechanics with “long” and “slow.” What is your definition of a long swing? Does “shorter” mean to you that the hands are ‘less’ extended at contact – or more extended? Do you feel Barry Bonds must not use rotational mechanics because he is quick to the ball? – Mark, it would be helpful to hear your thoughts on these questions.
