Hello,

I would like an opinion on whether I should purchase my son a 2-5/8" barrel vs a 2-1/4" barrel. My son is just turned 9 last month and currently plays baseball on a 9U "AAA" USSSA travel team. He is 4ft 4" tall and weights 70 pounds. For the past year he has used a 29"20oz Easton Havoc bat and I have some concerns on whether we should move into a 29"19oz Easton 2-5/8 flex barrel model BST35 or not.

Additionally, if you beileve there is a better model option please let me know.

Your input would be greatly appreciated!
