I know fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms are the most important thing to hitting. what are good things to get ur fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms to help u get stronger and quicker hands?

Well i'm not too big on rotational hitting. I'm more of a linear hitter and i'm comfortable how i hit. rotational mechanics r fine but i perfer linear mechanics. o and fingers must have some impact on batspeed. they do hold the bat u no.
